Tom LeCarner

BACKGROUND: Tom LeCarner joined VeloNews as copy editor in 2007. In addition to his editing duties, LeCarner has a regular web column entitled "Project Pruitt" and occasionally covers other areas in the sport for the magazine and Web site. LeCarner is currently finishing his Ph.D. in American literature at the University of Colorado, where he teaches undergraduate English courses. He also holds a law degree and a master’s degree and was a practicing attorney. During college, LeCarner rode for the UC Irvine mountain bike team.
